When someone is trying to learn how to use a program like this for the first time, its confusing & frustrating to have to jump from webpage to webpage to find out how to use a program.
Also many people don't always have access to the web when they need to know how to do something with a program. For example, if one is working on a laptop while waiting on someone in a hospital room, as I've done in the past, it's impossible to access the internet when needing to know how to do something. Many people may have access to the net at work or school, but not at home and if they download the program to their laptop while at school or work, then need to be able to read the tutorial, features, user guide etc when they are at home, they can't access it.
Another suggestion, compare your product to its free competiors and see what you can give your program that users will want but that the others don't offer. If your program has equivalent features to the best of the free (and other paid) products out there and also offers desirable features that people really want and cannot get anywhere else, they may be more willing to pay the higher price for the added features that aren't available elsewhere.
